Eyeliner Tips

Depending on the shape of your eyes and the color you may want to only apply to certian parts of your eye. As for tthe color of your eyes and hair you should not try to match the color of the eyeliner. I wouls reccomend black for warmer skin and hair tones and brown lighter tones. Black and brown aren't the only colors, though there are endless color choices for you to choose from. I reccomend the N.Y.C. brand from target, they're really affordable (yes, affordable coming from a 13 year old who doesn't get allowence or anything!) and they work really well, they also have a ton of different color choices.
